How might we create a centralized platform that empowers construction management professionals with the resources, connections, and insights they need to successfully manage projects and grow their businesses?
Context
The construction industry often lacks centralized, modern digital resources for professionals to access quality content, find reliable service providers, and download practical tools. Many existing platforms are outdated or fragmented across multiple sources.
Construction Management Hub was created to bridge this gap by providing a modern, comprehensive platform that brings together industry insights, professional networking, and practical resources in one accessible location.
Discovery
I began by researching the pain points of construction management professionals and identifying gaps in existing digital resources. Through industry analysis and user research, I created a list of essential features:

- Downloadable resources including templates, guides, and project management tools

Features & Implementation
The platform was built using Next.js 15 with TypeScript for type safety and performance. I utilized Tailwind CSS for responsive styling and shadcn/ui for consistent, accessible components. Framer Motion adds smooth animations throughout the user experience. Key features include:
